It’s time to break away from the stress, the repetitive nature of our life, and from our living rooms. Not to mention the fitness plateaus and self-limiting beliefs!
30-Day Breakaway is a program designed to do just that. To get you out of your comfort zone and out of the house!!!
It’s a commitment of just 4 weeks, working up our cardio, strength and endurance, and on day 30 we’ll challenge ourselves (together, virtually) to a 5k!
There's so much we cannot control in the world around us right now, but there is one thing I know for sure that we can... we can choose to move our bodies!! 30 Day Breakaway is your chance to get back to the basics, break away from the same old routine, and do what your body was born to do — run.
With a mix of running and resistance training 5 days a week, 30–40 minutes a day, in just 30 days, you can discover the joy of running, build a strong, lean physique, and use that strength and stamina to take on a different kind of goal at the end: completing a 5K. (EEEEKKKK--what an accomplishment to look forward to!)
