Salmon Plate

Ingredients:

  • salmon, cut into bite size pieces

  • low sodium soy sauce

  • rice vinegar

  • sesame oil

  • honey

  • ginger

  • minced garlic

  • siracha

  • rice or cauliflower rice

Directions:

  1. preheat oven to 425

  2. mix all ingredients together and pour over salmon pieces in a bowl. marinade in fridge while you prepare the rest.

  3. once oven is preheated, cook salmon in the oven for 10 minutes

  4. put your bowl together — rice, salmon, and any veggies you like! (cucumbers, sautéed peppers + onions, carrots, avocado..)

**I like to top mine with spicy mayo and sesame seeds!
