Salmon Plate
Ingredients:
salmon, cut into bite size pieces
low sodium soy sauce
rice vinegar
sesame oil
honey
ginger
minced garlic
siracha
rice or cauliflower rice
Directions:
preheat oven to 425
mix all ingredients together and pour over salmon pieces in a bowl. marinade in fridge while you prepare the rest.
once oven is preheated, cook salmon in the oven for 10 minutes
put your bowl together — rice, salmon, and any veggies you like! (cucumbers, sautéed peppers + onions, carrots, avocado..)
**I like to top mine with spicy mayo and sesame seeds!
