Baked Egg Muffin Cups

Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk (milk of preference)

  • Salt & Pepper

  • cooked sausage links cut into pieces

  • bacon pieces

  • spinach chopped up

  • peppers + onion

Directions:

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. spray muffin tin

  3. whisk together eggs + milk

  4. add in other ingredients + pour into muffin tin (leave a small amount of room at the top!)

  5. bake for 15(ish) minutes until the eggs are cooked through!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days!
