December Bootcamp
We live in a world where everyone wants immediate gratification.
We want takeout? Order it, and it’s at your door in 30 minutes.
Need groceries? Order it, and it’s at your door in less than 2 hours.
Forget something at the store? Amazon prime it.
It’s tempting to want an overnight fix. Even I would bounce from diet to diet and I was a serial gym membership buyer + canceller when I didn’t see results the next day.
But sister, listen up… it took me NINE MONTHS to get where I am today from the photo on the left. It’s going to take time. The magic happens when you don’t give up! It happens right after the HARD.
It doesn’t matter what results you get on your journey if you’re miserable while doing it. What matters is how you FEEL.
Do you enjoy your workouts?
Do you love your food?
Are you confident?
Are you happy?
Those are the things we should be asking ourselves on the D A I L Y. Sometimes we spend so much time focused on the scale going down, or inches falling off, but truth is- those are two of the MILLION ways to measure progress!! I teach all of my girls in my bootcamps that this is about a lifestyle. This is a journey. We are learning and growing every single day, them from me and me from them.
So girl, do it the healthy way. Don’t go for that overnight fix or that quick fad diet. Take the time to invest in yourself, your health, and your happiness. Results will come with time, but make sure you’re happy in the process.
