Protein Cookie Dough

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup greek yogurt — vanilla or plain will work!

  • 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 tbsp of vanilla or chocolate protein powder of choice

  • Dash of almond to thin if needed **optional!

  • 4 tbsp of mini M&Ms

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl!

  2. Serve with fruit, rice cakes, graham crackers, pretzels, etc!

  3. Store in the fridge & enjoy!✨
