Protein Cookie Dough
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup greek yogurt — vanilla or plain will work!
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter
4 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp of vanilla or chocolate protein powder of choice
Dash of almond to thin if needed **optional!
4 tbsp of mini M&Ms
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl!
Serve with fruit, rice cakes, graham crackers, pretzels, etc!
Store in the fridge & enjoy!✨
