Turnip Fries

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 small turnips, cut into spears

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp season salt

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine turnip slices with oil and spices. Toss until coated.

  3. Lay turnips flat onto a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. (They should be cooked through and crisped on the outside) 

  5. Turn oven up to 450°F and bake for 10 more minutes. Serve + Enjoy!
