Greek Salad

Ingredients:

Greek Salad Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup salami, sliced into quarters

  • 2 cups chopped mixed greens, rinsed and dried

  • Black Olives or Kalamata Olives

  • Banana peppers

  • Red onion, a few thin slices

  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved

Greek Dressing Ingredients: (this makes a batch, so you’ll have leftovers!)

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil, extra-virgin

  • 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt + Pepper

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped salad ingredients.

  2. Combine dressing ingredients in a small mason jar. Cover with lid and shake vigorously to combine. If any separation occurs, shake again just before using.

  3. Drizzle Greek dressing over the salad, adding it to taste then toss to combine. Enjoy!!
